Granite State Airbnb Hosts Earn $12 Million in 2016

Last year, 3,000 active Airbnb hosts in NH earned more than $12 million by hosting approximately 95,000 visitors, which reflects a more than 100 percent increase in guests over 2015. The typical host in NH earned $5,400 last year. The average stay was three nights. And the average NH Airbnb rented a total of 28 nights.

Visitors to NH are using the home sharing platform for a variety of getaways, from ski chalets in North Conway to loft apartments in Manchester. Below are the largest Airbnb markets in NH ranked by number of guest arrivals. Four of the top five host cities/towns are popular destinations in the North Country:
