Primary Bank Creates Advisory Board

Primary Bank in Bedford, a community-oriented commercial bank for small and medium businesses, nonprofits, professional service firms and individuals in Southern NH, established an 11-member advisory board separate from the bank's board of directors. The advisory group of NH business leaders from throughout the State will assist with identifying and better addressing a variety of challenges facing the businesses that use the bank's services.

 “Our small and medium businesses are an integral part of New Hampshire’s economic landscape, and it’s been the goal of Primary Bank, since our inception, to be the industry leader when it comes to providing the banking services needed to keep this community strong,” says Bill Stone, president and CEO of Primary Bank.  “The Advisory Board brings extensive knowledge and experience from a cross section of New Hampshire industry that will allow us to do just that.”

Members of the Primary Bank Advisory Board include:

  • Tony Annino, CIO and treasurer of Perspecta Trust in Hampton
  • Rick Botnick, president of E&R Cleaners in Manchester
  • Lesley Bouvier, former senior financial analyst at Fidelity Investments
  • Chris Carpenter, retired MLB pitcher
  • Pamela Diamantis, financial advisor at Curbstone Financial Management in Manchester
  • Steve Duprey, president of Foxfire Property Management and The Duprey Companies in Concord
  • Tom Farrelly, agent/broker at Cushman and Wakefield in Manchester
  • Mark Feraco, accountant and partner at Brayman, Houle, Keating & Albright in Nashua
  • Sam Figler, founding member of Primary Bank and head of global business development at BuzzFeed
  • Scott Flegal, principal of Flegal Law Office in Nashua
  • Bob Rohrer, managing director of Colliers International NH in Manchester
