|Bitcoin Now For Sale at NH Banks|
|Published Wednesday, August 2, 2017|
BitQuick, the peer-to-peer bitcoin trading platform, announced it is now able to provide New Hampshire residents with access to bitcoin. BitQuick users will be able to visit branches of Bank of America, Citizens Bank and Union Bank to purchase Bitcoin.
House Bill 436 (HB 436), which exempts digital currency platforms from money transmission regulations and allows bitcoin to be purchased after a two-year hiatus, was signed in to law in early June and went into effect August 2.
BitQuick is one of the first platforms to offer Granite Staters an easily accessible way to purchase or sell bitcoin at numerous local bank branches—as opposed to bitcoin ATMs, of which there are a limited amount in the state—from fellow bitcoin users via the BitQuick platform, which provides users with a safe, secure and efficient transaction.
“We’re thrilled to welcome New Hampshire customers to BitQuick,” said Chad Davis, director of operations for BitQuick. The platform is very user-friendly, is readily available at multiple locations, and will enable customers to purchase bitcoins quickly and easily.
