In the Spotlight: One Commercial Real Estate in Portsmouth has become the commercial division of Brick & Barn Real Estate Group in Quechee, Vt. The companies have combined operations. The merger is part of Brick & Barn Real Estate Group’s ongoing expansion in the residential and commercial real estate markets throughout the Seacoast and the Upper Valley region.

St. Mary’s Bank in Manchester appointed Michael Beck as VP of wealth management for St. Mary’s Financial Services program. Beck is a certified financial planner. He previously served as VP of wealth management at RTN Financial & Retirement Group in Waltham, Mass. Prior to that, he launched Granite State Credit Union’s financial planning program.

PlaneSense Inc., a fractional aircraft ownership program, acquired a Pilatus PC-24 jet at its headquarters in Portsmouth. As the launch customer of the PC-24, PlaneSense is expecting a total of six jets by end of 2019, the largest order received by Pilatus in its current order book. The jet will serve as the signature aircraft in the PlaneSense jet fleet.

Sister companies, Meredith Village Savings Bank, Merrimack County Savings Bank and MillRiver Wealth Management each contributed $3,000 to NH Jump$tart Coalition, which aims to improve the financial literacy of pre-kindergarten through college-age youth by providing advocacy, research, activities, standards and educational resources.

Concord Hospital promoted: Betsey Rhynhart to VP of population health (she most recently served as director of program development and executive director of NH Accountable Care Partners); Lisa Drouse from director of planning to VP of planning; and Pamela Puleo from VP of community affairs and executive director of Concord Hospital Trust to chief advancement officer.

Easterseals NH, based in Manchester, named to its board of directors: Mary Flowers, president of Flowers Communication in North Hampton, and Carl Tourigny, president of Conway Office Solutions in Nashua and The Conway Technology Group, which is comprised of five companies across New England.

Financial research firm Greenwich Associates recently named Eastern Bank, which has operations in Bedford, bestowed Eastern with three Greenwich Excellence Awards in the categories “Cash Management, Overall Satisfaction,” “Likelihood to Recommend / Net Promoter Score” and “Proactively Provides Advice” in the Northeast’s Middle Market segment.

Tuscan Brands in Portsmouth launched a 30-seat trattoria, located inside Tuscan Market Portsmouth, offering a new casual dining option and a menu that includes fresh pastas, Neapolitan pizzas, paninis, salads, and homemade desserts.
